Two callings coexist in my heart: creating beauty in physical spaces and pointing souls to the beauty of Christ. I’ve been a life-long student of how physical surroundings and spiritual realities promote or inhibit life itself.
Created beauty finds its purpose on the path toward Christ, the One who holds creation together. He’s the Designer and Restorer of all things, so when I apply His creative principles in physical spaces, I play a small part in His restoration work. It’s a privilege to be welcomed into a home and leave it more beautiful and full of life.
When I open His Word, I’m personally transformed by His beauty, and that’s an even deeper joy to share. He has been faithful to guide me through stages of marriage, parenting, and church transition, through children’s health challenges, through my own anxiety, through the decisions to live abroad and move back to the US again, and through life’s everyday concerns.
My Ambition
His Spirit, His Word, and sensitive followers of Jesus have made the difference in my own life, and it’s been my privilege to be a voice in others’ lives over the course of two decades of ministry. I have a bachelor’s degree in Specialized Ministries from Clarks Summit University.
Crown Point, Indiana, is currently the place I call home, with my husband and two teenage sons.
